I liked the one I did yesterday enough to try it again at a larger size, to see if I could keep it a bit looser and less fussy. I succeeded in some parts, but I still gravitated to the smaller brushes.

Twilight at The Page

I'm working on a series of neighborhood scenes, because the way things are going I'm not going to be able to afford to paint them soon. Ha! This is one of my favorite watering holes in the neighborhood, The Page.

This weeks Daily Paintworks Challenge asked us to look around our studio and paint something at hand. My place is such a mess these days, but the sun was streaming in and created this nice vignette by the window, so I decided to look no further and just jump on in.
