This is my entry for this week's Daily Paintworks Challenge, the Mid-ism Challenge! We were to try and find the midpoint between impressionism and expressionism. I'm not sure I've ever been here before. Hmmm.
I took this original photograph ages ago and have wanted to paint it ever since, but never felt like I was up to it. This was the perfect opportunity and I couldn't be happier. Well....
